Kevin Fraser has been a licensed realtor for the last 5

years and has an outstanding record in selling the homes

he has listed. He has never taken a listing that he could

not sell. Every home he has listed for his clients have

sold. Kevin has a unique ability to advise his clients, from all walks of life, on every aspect of selling a home in today’s very challenging and localized market. He can evaluate a property, devise an individual plan, and then sell that home utilizing the latest marketing strategies, pricing research, staging tactics and advertising resources. Through out every aspect of the listing and sale of your home Kevin is always there communicating all the necessary details to his clients so they can make a very informed and educated decision along the way. When it comes to buying a home, Kevin is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. In short, this means he has had the valuable training and experience working specifically with buyer clients. He is able to stay on the cutting edge of issues and trends in successfully representing homebuyers.

Kevin lives in Decatur, GA but has vast knowledge of all the Intown Atlanta neighborhoods including: Virginia Highlands, Inman Park, Grant Park, East Atlanta, Ormewood Park, Kirkwood, Oakhurst, Druid Hills, Lake Claire, Morningside, Chandler Park and Buckhead.

In Kevin’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his two sons and doing fun things with them outdoors. When he gets the time to do other fun things for himself he enjoys the company and conversation of good friends, listening to new music, hiking, traveling, going to the gym in order to stay fit, fishing, or just sitting around at home reading a good book or watching college football. Kevin also enjoys taking a long walk in the park with his Bearded Collie named Bailey.
